AFTERPAY:

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

- AFTERPAY IS A SERVICE THAT ALLOWS US TO OFFER OUR CUSTOMERS THE ABILITY TO MAKE PURCHASES NOW AND PAY FOR THEM IN FOUR EQUAL PAYMENTS MADE EVERY 2 WEEKS WITHOUT ANY INTEREST.

HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?

- JUST SHOP AND CHECKOUT AS NORMAL. AT CHECKOUT, CHOOSE AFTERPAY AS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO THE AFTERPAY WEBSITE TO REGISTER AND PROVIDE PAYMENT DETAILS (Visa or Mastercard). IF YOU’VE USED AFTERPAY BEFORE, SIMPLY LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT, AND THEN COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. PLEASE NOTE YOUR BAG MUST BE BETWEEN $35.00-$1,000.00.

HOW DOES THE AFTERPAY SCHEDULE WORK?

- ALL AFTERPAY CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE THEIR FIRST PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. THE REMAINING THREE PAYMENTS ARE DEDUCTED AUTOMATICALLY EVERY 2 WEEKS IN EQUAL INSTALLMENTS FROM YOUR SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE ADDITIONAL UNSCHEDULED PAYMENTS BEFORE THEY ARE DUE, YOU MAY LOG IN TO AFTERPAY TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENTS EARLY. AFTERPAY WILL THEN ADJUST THE AMOUNT OWED ACCORDINGLY. YOU CAN LOG IN TO YOUR AFTERPAY ACCOUNT ANYTIME TO VIEW YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE OR MAKE A PAYMENT BEFORE THE NEXT DUE DATE.

WHAT IF I CAN’T PAY MY AFTERPAY PAYMENT?

- IF FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME THE AUTOMATIC PAYMENT IS DUE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN $8 LATE PAYMENT FEE BY AFTERPAY. AN ADDITIONAL $8 FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF THE MISSED PAYMENT IS NOT MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS. LATE FEES WILL NOT EXCEED 25% OF THE TOTAL ORDER.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFTERPAY?

- AFTERPAY ORDERS ARE DELIVERED WITHIN OUR STANDARD SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES LIKE ANY ORDER ON SHOPLABEYE.COM. FREE 2 DAY PRIORITY SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS OVER $99.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND ON A SINGLE AFTERPAY TRANSACTION?

- YOUR BAG VALUE MUST BE BETWEEN $35 AND $1,000 TO USE AFTERPAY ON SHOPLABEYE.COM.

- IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MODIFY YOUR ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL SUPPORT@SHOPLABEYE.COM. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PREPPED FOR SHIPPING, IT CANNOT BE MODIFIED.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD?

AN ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN?

- IF AN ITEM IS LISTED AS SOLD OUT, IT IS UNAVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THAT TIME. YOU CAN SIGN UP TO RECEIVE RESTOCK NOTIFICATIONS IN THE EVENT WE GET THIS ITEM BACK IN STOCK. HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.

I HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM/SIZE BY MISTAKE. CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

- UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CHANGE OUT THE ITEMS ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE NOTIFICATION THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED. HOWEVER, IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN FULFILLED EMAIL SUPPORT@SHOPLABEYE.COM AND WE’LL DO OUR BEST TO UPDATE YOUR ORDER.

SHIPPING:

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

- ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS, PENDING AVAILABILITY AND CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION. DURING SEASONAL SALES, ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS, PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT@SHOPLABEYE.COM. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

MY TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS ALREADY DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED AND DELIVERED TO THE INTENDED LOCATION STATE ON YOUR ORDER L'ABEYE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN, MISPLACED, OR LOST PACKAGES. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO THE CARRIER WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER YOU RECEIVED AND THEY WILL ASSIST YOU IN FINDING YOUR PACKAGE. 

MY ITEM NEEDS TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS OR TAXES?

ITEMS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES, TAXES, HANDLING OR OTHER MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES WHICH HAVE BEEN DEFINED BY THE COUNTRY OF IMPORT. THESE FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF YOUR ORDER. L'ABEYE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL COSTS THAT MAY OCCURS. RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

- PLEASE FILL OUT THE RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE WITH THE REASON FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE. ALL RETURNS ARE TO BE SHIPPED TO 1233 BEN SAWYER BOULEVARD SUITE #800 MOUNT PLEASANT, SC.

WE ACCEPT ITEMS IN NEW CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED FOR A FULL REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. 

WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT WHEN POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. 

WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR AN STORE CREDIT FOR NON-FINAL SALE ITEMS WHEN POSTMARKED WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND AFTER I SHIPPED MY RETURN?

- THE RETURN PROCESS TYPICALLY TAKES 1-2 WEEKS INCLUDING THE TIME IT TAKES FOR THE REFUND TO POST TO YOUR BANK STATEMENT. WE WILL SEND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR RETURN IS PROCESSED.

I AM IN THE CHARLESTON AREA. CAN I DROP OFF MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN PERSON?

- WE CURRENTLY CANNOT ACCOMMODATE IN-PERSON PICK UPS OR DROP OFFS AT OUR FACILITY IN MOUNT PLEASANT. WE RECOMMEND SENDING YOUR RETURN USING SHIP SERVICES SUCH AS USPS, UPS, AND FEDEX.

SALE:

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE?

- ITEMS PURCHASED DURING SALE PERIODS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED VIA CODE THAT CAN BE USED AT CHECKOUT. 

CAN I RETURN FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS?

- ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, NOR CAN STORE CREDIT BE RECEIVED.

CAN DISCOUNT CODES BE USED ON FINAL CLEARANCE?

- NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT CODES CAN BE APPLIED TO FINAL CLEARANCE

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE WILL FIT ME BEST?
