DELIVERY:
We require a signature on all orders over $400.
REFUNDS:
We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact support@shoplabeye.com.
To return please file a return request on our site under 'RETURNS.' From here we will review your request, and upon being approved you will receive an RMA #. We provide free return labels for store credit. Returns to original payment method must be shipped via the carrier of your choice.
Holiday Policy: All non-final sale items may be returned from now through 30 days after Christmas.
Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
This excludes first time buyer discount codes.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.
File a return request on our site under 'RETURNS.' From here we will review your request, and upon being approved you will receive an RMA #. Please include your packing slip in your return with your RMA #. Packages returned without an RMA # may cause a delay in the return process.
If any returns do not meet above requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
To ship back your return please file a return request on our site under "RETURNS + EXCHANGES." Once your request has been reviewed/approved you will be notified. From here, package your items up and please include your RMA # inside. Please use the carrier of your choice, and ship your return back to:

Once your return is received it will be processed and inspected. Once your item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Returns can take 5-10 business days to process once they are delivered, and after processed can take a couple of business days to show up on your bank statement. Please note, you will only be refunded for the amount of your item. We do not refund shipping costs.
If you are receiving store credit, the store credit will be emailed over in the form of a gift card.
We offer free return shipping for returns for store credit. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return label in a separate email if you have requested store credit. Refunds to original payment method can be shipped back via the mail carrier of your choice, including the RMA # in the package for easy processing. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt or they cannot be returned. Upon reporting your damaged item, please provide photo(s) through our returns + exchanges portal and we will be happy to assist you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded nor exchanged. This includes all item(s) that are marked down. This excludes first time buyer codes. All sale items are final sale meaning they are nonreturnable nor exchangeable, nor is store credit applicable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In addition, once USPS has marked your packaged delivered, we are no longer responsible for any items that might be missing, stolen, or damaged.
